From a family of poets and architects, Iran Sistani-Neal is a graduate of
the London College of Furniture and Design. It is the fusion of cultures
that distinguishes the Sistani style. Its hallmark: understated opulence.
In collaboration with Charles Brice Architects for over 20 years, the designs created
are timeless, while making them always work for clients in practicality.
Iran Sistani-Neal runs a successful Interiors business in central London
and has over thirty years of experience in designing furniture and interiors
as well as buying and selling furniture, textiles, embroidery, cushions,
glassware, sculptures, and ceramic objects d’art.
In demonstrating the Sistani range - from industrial enterprise
to an intimate home environment, exquisite furniture made up to order,
world-class artists and craftspeople, this portfolio seeks to demonstrate
the designer's special talent as a sculptor of space, capable of transforming
the most pedestrian property into an exciting original where nothing
but the highest standard of art can be showcased at its full glory.
Iran is currently collaborating with Amir&Hallcroft to design a series of embroidery; slippers and shoes, bags and cushions. It could also be applied to couture clothing.
