ABOUT US
Born into a family of poets and architects, Iran Sistani-Neal is a graduate of the London College of Furniture and Design. Her work is defined by a distinctive fusion of cultural influences—what has come to be known as the Sistani style—marked by its signature of understated opulence.
For over 29 years, Iran has collaborated with Charles Brice Architects, producing designs that are both timeless and deeply practical. She runs a successful interiors practice in central London and brings over 40 years of expertise in designing interiors and furniture, as well as sourcing and dealing in fine furniture, textiles, embroidery, glassware, sculpture, and ceramic objects d’art.
Her portfolio showcases the breadth of the Sistani range: from industrial projects to intimate residential settings, from bespoke furniture commissions to collaborations with world-class artists and craftspeople. Iran has a unique talent for sculpting space, transforming even the most ordinary environment into something extraordinary, where art is not only featured but exalted.
Iran is currently researching ways to adapt and expand her furniture collection
to better serve individuals with specific physical needs and age-related health conditions. Each new piece is conceived as a sculptural form—merging aesthetics with functionality—designed to address the user's unique
physical requirements while standing as a work of art in its own right.
